Do your hire prices include set up and/or delivery?
No, our prices online are for hire of the items only and do not include delivery and/or set up.
How much does it cost for set up and/or delivery?
That is depends on the location, day of the week and times that drop off and pick up is required as well as the size of the booking.
Do you delivery out of the Perth Metro area?
We only offer our services within the Perth Metro area but you are welcome to DIY hire our items for out of town events.
How soon should I book?
ASAP! There is only a certain number of each item available for hire and it is on a first come first serve basis. Once all of an item is booked for a weekend it means anyone else who wanted it will miss out. We have bookings up to 24 months in advance!
How do I get a quote?
Simply visit our showroom, email or call us with your details, the product required and the date so we can check our diary and provide your written quotation.
How do I make a booking?
If you are happy with your quotation, simply complete all the details on the booking form and sign it. Then it needs to be returned via post, email or fax. Once we have the signed form along with your 20% non refundable deposit the goods will be secured under your name for your date!
When is my final payment due?
Final payment is due the Monday prior to the event.
Do you require a bond?
All bookings require a bond against loss, theft or damage. A credit card security form can be completed for security against total loss or damage of goods. For those unable to provide a credit card as security there is a option of a CASH bond to be paid in store prior to your event. The amount of any CASH bond will be determined based on the type of items hired.
How do I see your full hire terms?
The bottom of the quotation form provides our full terms for all clients hiring items from us. DIY hirers will have an additional form to read and sign on collection with terms specific to DIY hire items only including late return fees.
I am after an item but I can't see it on your website?
We try to keep the website 100% up to date with hire products available in our range, however some suppliers have other items we may consider buying should the demand be there. You are welcome to email photos to us in these cases so we can assess the products you are after and see what is available.
